We are excited to announce the new WSA Workforce Performance Lab that unites technology know-how; innovation based on research and discovery; and science derived from expertise and data. It’s a delivery engine that gives us, and you, insights on current trends and an active pulse on workforce and employee data that enables all of us to continuously accelerate workforce performance.

The state of the workforce and specifically the employee experience has never been impacted by more change and evolution than it has over the last two years. This has left leaders in a lurch between retention and recruitment–both encompassing their own challenges and roadblocks. We used WSAdata to take a closer look at intent to stay trends and to validate if the warnings being touted in the marketplace around engagement are based on truth, myth, or somewhere in-between.
