Unlocking insights for employee research.
WSAdata is one of the world’s largest normative databases, that includes input from across 10M employees, 20+ industries, 116M engagement survey responses, and 142+ countries to understand what matters to employees. The wealth of information available for organizations can be leveraged to improve workforces worldwide.
Our database offers the most robust and relevant benchmarks available. Understanding this data empowers organizations to align strategic imperatives with what matters most to their employees to accelerate performance and business at the same time—two elements that when driven in parallel have an enormous impact.
Identifying and understanding norms across the entire database or a specific industry, country, or job function is just the beginning. Through this data, we know the stories of what’s mattered historically and what matters presently so we can focus on what matters most to move the needle in improving the employee experience.
The database, WSAdata, was designed and created by Dr. Bob Weldon who has extensive experience in creating employee experience databases. Dr. Robert Weldon currently serves as the Director of WSAdata for WSA. In this role, he oversees the daily management, collection, analysis, and strategic output of all data and insights related to the employee experience. Prior to WSA, Dr. Weldon worked at IBM/Kenexa as senior managing consultant where he managed a team of programmers and research consultants who maintained and updated the employee engagement normative relational database. Dr. Weldon worked to produce thousands of custom normative data reports for clients while conducting research on employee opinions and leadership competencies. Additionally, he worked with an international group of consultants to identify appropriate benchmarking comparisons for clients and use a variety of statistical techniques to produce normalized client survey scores that enabled clients more clearly identify areas of strengths and weaknesses within their business.
Dr. Weldon has over 30 years of experience in business and academia using large amounts of data and various research and statistic techniques in human and animal behaviors, molecular
biology, and epidemiology. He has more than 12 years of experience of writing research grant proposals and managing multi-million-dollar research budgets in both business and academic settings. He is a published author in research publications and has been awarded multiple awards for his work.
Our goal is to help clients make data-driven decisions armed with the most reliable data available to improve the employee experience and enhance organizational performance.
