Long sales cycles and the economy – things that I can’t control.
Creating such a strong relationship with a customer that they become a repeat buyer in their next role at a new company. To me, there is no bigger compliment a salesperson could receive.
I never had a “dream job” in mind – probably why I ended up in sales! Originally, I went to school to be a forensic psychologist, and I wanted to be an expert witness in court cases involving serious crimes. So, maybe that? Or, something far less intense, like a professional organizer to feed my OCD. Whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed, you can find me stress-cleaning my storage room.
