Honestly, I can’t pick one. I appreciate the opportunity to educate, equip, and inspire people through the sales process. If I can ask some good thought-provoking questions, share some real stories of success, and get people to smile or laugh….then it was a good call. I value relationships and being able to add value to conversations.
I like it when skeptics become fanatics. Oftentimes, we deal with people who aren’t fully bought in, and we have to make them believers. I regularly see the WSA team earn the right to be heard. It happens all the time, when a client starts with one solution and then wants more and more. They increase their services solutions, increase their Qualtrics tech solutions, renew and grow their license, and become a reference for future prospects. It is a byproduct of serving them with excellence. The WSA DNA outlines how we work with customers, and the service we provide them with compels them to want more.
I would have to say getting ghosted. I would much rather someone tell us “no,” than ignore repeated attempts to reconnect.
I enjoy the relationship aspect of sales and adding value to any conversation. I find it easy to listen to people and understand their points of view, which I then work to find solutions for and offer perspectives on. I really enjoy meeting prospects and clients and learning more about them and their organizational needs. I want people to know and feel like they can come to me with anything and we’ll figure it out. We regularly make order out of chaos.
I would probably be a professional wedding dancer and DJ. Music adds value to almost anything. It unifies people, can instantly impact how you feel, changes your mindset, and is powerful. Is there anything more fun than a wedding reception? People are celebrating, having a great time, singing, and dancing. I would love to be a part of that every week.
