Every win is a big deal, and I love to listen to clients’ needs and help build a program that will help them reach their goals. Some of my bigger deals are with Toyota, Chipotle, Ball, Google, Carnival, Northrop Grumman, LA Care, Molson Coors, Dish, WestRock, and Nordson.
Chipotle was a Qualtrics and WSA joint win. This deal was the most rewarding for me because we replaced Perceptyx and were finalists against Glint. I knew former co-workers from Kenexa who were now at Perceptyx working to retain the account and a former co-worker and friend at Glint who was competing against us to win the partnership. It was extra rewarding that it is now a long-term partnership that was well over a million dollar partnership.
When prospects don’t provide us with feedback on their selection or the reasons behind their decision, it hinders our ability to learn and improve.

I would like to believe I would be using my college degrees to be an athletic director and football coach. I currently enjoy coaching my three kids and following them to their various school activities, football, baseball, soccer, basketball and track events.
