We are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative.

About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities 

  • Prospect Outreach: Proactively reach out to leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote WSA services.
  • Sales Pipeline Building: Research leads, qualify prospects, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Customer/Prospect Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers and prospects and provide exceptional service to guide them through the buying process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and WSA team members while fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Program Directors and internal project teams to achieve goals.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Requirements 

  • Education: bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with people.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., email, Zoom) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced work environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
