AI and Analytics
Leveraging data science to harness the power of AI.
The WSA consulting team consists of many of the industry’s leading experts in AI, data science and people analytics.
We offer a wide range of AI assisted analytics offerings. Some of our most commonly delivered projects include the following:
AI Generated Comment Analysis and Summaries:
Leverage WSA’s proprietary AI-powered tool to analyze and classify comments by sentiment and topic using natural language processing (NLP) for sentiment and topic analysis.
Survey Item Analysis:
Item analysis is a combination of different analyses that assist in the item design process. The analysis is helpful to shorten the length of a survey by identifying items that can be removed from the survey. In addition, the analysis also highlights dimensions which are not being measured robustly enough by the items currently included in a dimension.
The offering includes 1) the running of the analysis, 2) the output of the analysis, 3) consulting time to review analysis and develop a survey instrument.
Linkage Analysis:
Provides a regression analysis between a key client business metric and engagement scores. Business linkage work can come in many forms and is often customized for each client. Linkage analysis may also be between engagement or other survey data and employee level metrics, such as performance, safety, sales, etc.
Retention Analysis:
This analysis identifies the influencing factors of employees leaving the organization. We examine the difference in scores between employees that have left the organization vs. those that stay. Includes a review of the differences in drivers of engagement, drivers of retention, comments, and other key outcome measures.
Union Vulnerability Analysis:
WSA offers a validated technique used to identify locations that have a propensity to unionize in the future. Examines survey data to create an employee relations index that best differentiates groups that are more susceptible to union organizing attempts. The resulting Index is then used proactively to identify groups at greatest risk of future organizing attempts. Identifies targeted actions that can be taken to increase workplace trust.
