The Process
Our approach includes four key phases:

Defining Excellence
We start by creating a success profile. This may include leveraging your existing leadership framework and competencies, or building a unique framework for your organization through our instrument design process.

Align with Engagement Strategy
We ensure the 360 instrument aligns to your engagement survey by using a common language, tying leadership behaviors to engagement drivers, and combining leadership development with engagement action planning.

Individualized Development
To ensure progress and improvement, WSA provides individual feedback & coaching that uses practical and actionable developmental initiatives.

Rollup Aggregate Insights
We then rollup aggregated talent insights to identify organizational skill/talent gaps, support broader learning and development initiatives, and inform both talent acquisition and succession planning.
Leadership Development Offerings
Reporting: Our reports provide individual insights, developmental content, and action planning guidance.
Workshops: Workshops include general interpretation suitable for groups of leaders along with guidance on how to understand and interpret their report. We’ll also provide a general review of developmental actions and how they impact both leadership effectiveness and engagement.
Coaching Enablement: These two-day workshops provide coaching accreditation training for your internal team of coaches. First we’ll train coaches on the theory and foundation of the instrument, our high performance leadership effectiveness model, and the leadership behaviors being measured. Next, we’ll cover practical applications such as mock individual coaching sessions.
1:1 Coaching: Coaching sessions provide an individualized results readout that offers analysis, context, and clarity. Following the readout, leaders receive specific and targeted developmental recommendations best suited to improve their personal leadership effectiveness as well as their team’s overall engagement.
Interpretation of Results – Aggregate Reports: Includes data analysis and presentation of a Leadership Insights Aggregate Report. This presentation includes behavioral graphs, development matrix, heat map, and a narrative summary for senior leadership.
