WSA consultant-led session to review company-wide results leveraging the online reporting dashboard. Includes key insights, survey trends and comparisons, areas to focus and recommended actions.

Action Planning Sessions

Action planning sessions are conducted with the business unit leaders (e.g., Function, Department, OpCo, Regional leaders) and her/his direct reports, designed to explore data and key findings occurring within their downline. The sessions are an open discussion-style format, with the format of the session designed and facilitated by WSA.

Front-Line Leaders

Front-line leaders are responsible for ensuring that an action plan is individualized and executed, based on the areas of focus and key drivers for their team. Key accountabilities include:

A workshop to enable leaders on how to understand, interpret and act on results. Front-Line Leader Coaching

Includes an hour long, one-on-one interpretation of results session facilitated by a WSA Consultant.
