We are currently looking for an experienced Consultant to join our team to help guide and manage relationships with WSA customers in relation to their organization’s employee experience.

About This Role

As a WSA Consultant, your job will be to create and implement a plan for strategic positioning with company executives and high-level leaders with the goal of improving the experience of employees and enhancing levels of engagement, boost workforce performance, and create business outcomes through various employee experience components. Our promise is “Employee Performance Down to a Science.” Our Consultants are the core of delivering this promise to all of our clients.

As a WSA Consultant you will be responsible for guiding executive teams of large global organizations to focus on key drivers of engagement related to their employee experience, action planning in areas of opportunity or engagement concerns as inferred by research results, and leveraging expertise, knowledge, and data insights to improve employee performance, and ultimately, business outcomes for WSA clients through the employee experience.

Consultant responsibilities include helping to facilitate employee listening strategy development, survey item design, guide appropriate strategies to achieve desired outcomes, consult on the implementation of change management programs, form strong alignments and partnerships with clients around the organization’s employee experience, and continuously teach our clients while learning from them, and the industry, to evolve best practices and recommendations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for employee research and guiding organizations through change, explaining and sharing data insights through stories to clearly identify areas of strength and opportunity, and be comfortable working with and guiding executives and leaders of large global organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Research Consultants to formulate a story from data and insights.
  • Guide, consult, teach, and learn from executives and high-level managers.
  • Make recommendations on the next steps related to the employee experience journey
  • Guide clients through the design of survey items, the strategic elements of an effective survey, or other employee experience programs.
  • Consult WSA clients on the next steps to prevent workforce performance problems, and guide leaders and managers to take appropriate actions to improve workforce performance.
  • Present and consult clients in a clear and concise manner that gives them a holistic view of their workforce in relation to key priorities, comparisons, and recommendations to create positive change.
  • Collaborate and work with other consultants to evolve WSA research and content to continuously reflect best practices and be ahead of economic and employee trends impacting workforces.

Requirements

  • At least five years working in statistics and data, preferably with workforce and employee data
  • Three to five years presenting and consulting senior executives of large global organizations
  • Proven and high-quality presentation skills
  • High-level of comfort working in software platforms to review, pull and manage incoming data
  • High-level data curiosity
  • Proven ability to formulate data to tell a story
  • Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Statistics software experiences, such as SPSS, R, SAS, or other
  • Ability to work autonomously, completing assignments without too much managerial oversight
  • Experience in employee experience, employee engagement, or related fields is desired but not required.
