We are currently looking for an experienced Consultant to join our team to help guide and manage relationships with WSA customers in relation to their organization’s employee experience.
As a WSA Consultant, your job will be to create and implement a plan for strategic positioning with company executives and high-level leaders with the goal of improving the experience of employees and enhancing levels of engagement, boost workforce performance, and create business outcomes through various employee experience components. Our promise is “Employee Performance Down to a Science.” Our Consultants are the core of delivering this promise to all of our clients.
As a WSA Consultant you will be responsible for guiding executive teams of large global organizations to focus on key drivers of engagement related to their employee experience, action planning in areas of opportunity or engagement concerns as inferred by research results, and leveraging expertise, knowledge, and data insights to improve employee performance, and ultimately, business outcomes for WSA clients through the employee experience.
Consultant responsibilities include helping to facilitate employee listening strategy development, survey item design, guide appropriate strategies to achieve desired outcomes, consult on the implementation of change management programs, form strong alignments and partnerships with clients around the organization’s employee experience, and continuously teach our clients while learning from them, and the industry, to evolve best practices and recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for employee research and guiding organizations through change, explaining and sharing data insights through stories to clearly identify areas of strength and opportunity, and be comfortable working with and guiding executives and leaders of large global organizations.
